Yes, the Ghepan Lake trek is beginner-friendly if you have basic fitness and are comfortable with walking 6�8 km daily at high altitudes. Our experienced team supports you throughout the journey to ensure safety and a great experience.

We provide freshly prepared vegetarian meals throughout the trek. Expect a mix of North Indian and light Himalayan-style food, cooked by our trek kitchen team. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with advance notice.

4. Is this trek safe for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Many solo travelers join our fixed departures. You�ll be part of a friendly group and accompanied by our experienced guides and staff. Safety, communication, and group bonding are our priorities.

We offer two packages:
� Delhi to Delhi Package: Includes Volvo transport, 3-star hotel stays in Manali, meals, and the complete trek.
� Manali to Manali Package: For those reaching Manali directly, we set a meeting point on Day 2 and begin the trek. The trip ends after dropping you back in Manali.

6. What mode of transportation is used during the trek?
We use well-maintained vehicles such as Tempo Travellers, Innova Crystas, and Scorpio N depending on group size. All vehicles are clean, comfortable, and driven by experienced Himalayan drivers.

7. Are there any permits required for this trek?
No special permits are required for Indian nationals. Just carry a government-issued photo ID (original + photocopy). Foreign nationals may need registration with local authorities�we�ll assist if needed.

8. Is there a specific fitness level required for this trip?
Yes, a moderate fitness level is recommended. You�ll be trekking at altitudes above 13,000 ft with some steep ascents. Light cardio, walking, or jogging a few weeks before the trek will help you enjoy it more comfortably.

10. How do I reach the starting point of the Ghepan Lake trek?
If you book the Delhi to Delhi package, we provide Volvo transport from Delhi to Manali and back. If you�re coming directly to Manali (Manali to Manali package), we�ll coordinate a common meeting point on Day 2 for the trek�s start.

11. What kind of accommodation is provided during the trek?
During the trek, we provide clean alpine tents on a twin or triple-sharing basis. Sleeping bags and mats are included. For Delhi to Delhi participants, your Manali stay will be in a 3-star hotel with all basic comforts.

12. Will I have mobile network and internet access during the trip?
Mobile network is limited. You might get some Jio or BSNL signal near Sissu, but there�s usually no network during the trek. This is the perfect chance to disconnect and soak in the beauty of nature.

13. Will hot water be available?
� For Delhi to Delhi participants, hot water is available in the Manali hotel.
� During the trek, we provide hot drinking water after breakfast and dinner�this is a strict and fixed part of our routine to keep everyone hydrated and safe.

14. Is the Ghepan Lake trek suitable for children and senior citizens?
Due to the altitude, terrain, and camping conditions, we do not recommend this trek for children below 12 or senior citizens above 60 unless they are very fit and accustomed to mountain conditions.
