0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

Physical fitness is essential for anyone planning to undertake a trek in the Himalayas. We recommend starting with daily long walks and gradually transitioning into slow-paced jogging. Increase your pace steadily over time. Incorporate stair climbing, squats, and regular stretching exercises into your routine to build strength and flexibility.

Booking and Payment
