1. What is the group size for the trip?
We keep our groups between 10 to 12 trekkers to ensure personal attention, smooth coordination, and a quality trekking experience. Private and smaller batches are available on request.

2. Is the trek suitable for beginners?
Yes! Kedarkantha is perfect for beginners. It�s one of the most popular winter treks in India with gradual climbs, beautiful campsites, and a rewarding summit view. First-time trekkers with average fitness can easily do it.

3. What kind of food is available during the trip?
We provide fresh, vegetarian, and hygienic meals during the trek. Meals include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner, tailored for high-altitude energy and warmth. Basic dietary requests can be managed if shared in advance.

4. Is this trek safe for solo travelers?
Absolutely. Kedarkantha is very safe for solo travelers. Many of our participants trek solo and end up forming great friendships during the journey. Our guides and support team ensure complete safety, care, and coordination.

5. Are there any exclusions I should be aware of?
Yes, the cost does not include:
� Personal expenses (snacks, bottled drinks, shopping, etc.)
� Travel insurance
� Emergency evacuation (if needed)
� Meals during travel (unless specified)
� Tips to guides/staff
� Anything not mentioned under �inclusions�

We offer two packages:
� Delhi to Delhi: Includes Volvo or train tickets, hotel stay in Dehradun, meals during the trek, and full coordination. You can also add a day in Rishikesh before or after the trek by coordinating with our team in advance.
� Dehradun to Dehradun: For those reaching Dehradun directly. We provide early morning transport from Dehradun to Sankri on Day 1 and drop you back in Dehradun after the trek ends.

6. What mode of transportation is used during the trek?
We use clean and reliable vehicles such as Tempo Travellers, Innova Crysta, or Scorpio N for the journey from Dehradun to Sankri and back. All vehicles are driven by experienced Himalayan drivers.

7. Are there any permits required for this trek?
Yes, forest and entry permits are required in the Govind Wildlife Sanctuary. We take care of all necessary permits and formalities for Indian and foreign nationals.

8. Is there a specific fitness level required for this trek?
Yes, you should have basic to moderate fitness. The trek involves 5�7 km of walking per day with some steep climbs, especially on summit day. Light cardio, walking, or stair climbing 2�3 weeks before the trek is helpful.

10. How do I reach the starting point of the Kedarkantha trek?
� Delhi to Delhi participants: We provide Volvo or train tickets and hotel stay in Dehradun. Pickup from Dehradun is arranged by our team.
� Dehradun to Dehradun participants: You�ll join us early morning in Dehradun, and we�ll provide transport to Sankri, the base village.

11. What kind of accommodation is provided during the trek?
� In Sankri, we provide stay in a cozy homestay or guesthouse with basic amenities.
� On the trek, you�ll stay in alpine tents on twin/triple sharing with sleeping bags and mats.
� For Delhi package participants, a hotel stay in Dehradun is also included.

12. Will I have mobile network and internet access during the trip?
You may get BSNL or Jio signal in Sankri, but mobile network is not available during the actual trek. We recommend informing your family in advance and enjoying the disconnection in nature.

13. Will hot water be available?
� Yes, hot water is available at the guesthouse in Sankri for freshening up.
� During the trek, we provide hot drinking water after breakfast and dinner daily. Bathing is not recommended due to cold temperatures and limited resources.

14. Is the Kedarkantha trek suitable for children and senior citizens?
Yes, the trek is suitable for children above 10 years with good fitness and enthusiasm. Seniors in good health and prior experience can also join. Please consult a doctor before booking if there are any medical concerns.
